Mihnea the Bad is Dracula's second son. Like his father, he was an avid torturer and killer. After Mihnea was assassinated, Dracula and the Red Death brought him into the vampire fold. Mihea has created a cult dedicated to venerating him as a false deity. His plans are becoming more and more grandiose, much to the chagrin of his chief servant Father Serban Iorga.[1]
