Hebi-No-Onna, also known as "Snake Women," originate in Sri Raji and Rokushima Táiyoo. They appear as beautiful women, with snakes in place of their arms. They cast spells as 14th level Enchanters. The gaze of a hebi-no-onna has the power of hypnosis, and they have total control over snakes.[1]
