Father Daltrey was the pious and compassionate spiritual leader of L'Eglise de Notre Peindre Dame in Karina. Daltrey offer shelter to the outlander Keith de Lalune and help him convert to the worship of Ezra. Father Daltrey was poisoned by John Twistle as part of a Kargatane plot to subvert the local church of Ezra.[1]
