The Thinker is a Vistani who is held captive by Baron Metus in the the Black Tower in Martira Bay. He iw captured by Baron Metus and Madame Radanavich. Although his limbs have been totally amputated, he is a powerful psionicist with almost limitless mental strength. His abuse and torment has all but cowed him into the service of his tormentors out of shame and codependence.[1]
Statistics
Male Vistani Psion 12 Neutral Good; the Thinker has an extraordinary amount of psionic points and psionic powers beyond what his level may indicate.[1]
