Jonathan Ambrose is the leader of The Brotherhood of the Broken Blades; he resides in the Ambrose Compound. he has a deep hatred for magic, but his adopted ward Elaine Calim has developed the innate powers of a sorcerer. This has caused him no end of grief and inner conflict.[1]
