Eleni of Toyalis is a Rashemani woman who is Hazlik's apprentice and his closest confidante. She reside in Ramulai in Hazlan. Unlike almost all Rashemani, she wears elaborate tattoos in the Mulani style.[1] These tattoos have several magical functions, from those intentionally created to disturbing "gifts" granted by the Dark Powers.[2]
