One of the last of the Scottmatter Family and brother to Lady Margaret Scottmatter. Their art gained the attention of "Lord Sithington Gray", who seemingly imprisoned Andrew and the rest of the clan (save Margaret) in Lord Andrew's family portrait.[1]
