The Citadel was the former administrative center of Baron Bakholis, however since his demise, it is now the guardhouse of Karina.[1] Manfred Taige was Chief Steward to Bakholis. He was killed in the fire at The Citadel and now haunts the guardhouse as a ghost.[1]
