Ingrid Helmer

Ingrid Helmer was a fellow burglar and thief with her brother Albert Helmer. She was murdered during a failed burglary by a gaunt man wielding a scythe. Albert believes this killer to be the Whistling Fiend, who he ultimately seeks to destroy.[1]
