Dr. Manticue

Dr. Manticue was a zoologist incarcerated in Martira Bay for the improbable crime of cruelty to animals. He was convicted on the sworn testimony of Dr. Rudolph van Richten. In 747 BC van Richten was to visit Martira Bay and feared that the biologist would attempt to avenge himself. In fact he had died the year before.
