Dr. White, along with Dr. Black, is an orderly and assistant to Dr. Piotr Rehner. (Dr. White is not his real name, but Dr. Rehner never refers to him by his real name).[1] All three are Cerebral Vampires and reside within the Asylum for the Mentally Disturbed.
