Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen is a German physicist who discovered X-Ray] radiation. Wilhelm also studied many other types of radiation and was ostensibly hired by a supposed representative of the German government to create an electrial projector. However, his device was stolen and the government disavowed any knowledge of it.[1] A sample plot for Roentgen is given in the A Guide to Gothic Earth book included with the Masque of the Red Death and Other Tales boxed set.[2]
