From TSR 1993 Collector Card #49, Vadarin is an outlander and an evil psion that masks his manipulative attitude behind sympathy and compassion. He crafted the Amulet of Vadarin. He is currently in Borca on the run from his enemy, Dural of the Iron Hills.
