Sleer

Resembling a kython (see Book of Vile Darkness 3.5 ed), Sleer is a horrid abomination like something out of the darkest corners of the human mind. An evil shapeshifter, Sleer nonetheless preferred prefers to prey upon other evil and monstrous creature. It prefers to take on the guise of a helpless victim, only to turn the tables on the would-be victimizers.[1]
