The worst of hypocrites, Archbishop Lacosta is a viled and perverse man whom covers his depraved transgressions under the veneer of faith and authority, though it is a thin veneer. Greedy, lustful, and impious, Lacosta's depravity drives away the people of his domain from the gods. He is an embodiment of everything wrong when institutional religion goes bad.[1]
