Now deceased, Barov was Married to Countess Ravenia, and was the father of Strahd, Sturm and Sergei von Zarovich.[1]

I6 and House of Strahd both call Strahd's parents "King" and "Queen." But Gazetteer I calls them "Count" and "Countess". It is unclear if these title changes were a mistake or a deliberate retcon.
