Count Wilhelm von Lovenhorst

One of the Dementlieuse nobility, Count Wilhelm von Lovenhorst employed Professor Viktor Hazan as a diplomat and also supported his studies of the arcane arts. An important member of the Fraternity of Shadows, the Count eventually brought Hazan into the fold. Hazan's service to the Count ended with the latter's disappearance in 742 BC.

Although Tarnos Shadowcloak is the count's senior and in theory more powerful, Count Wilhelm is one of the two that practically wields more power on a day to day basis because of his tact for diplomacy and interests in overseeing the affairs of the Fraternity. (Lord Balfour de Casteele would be the other person his equal.)
