The Raven's Eye is the largest tribe of the Vistani on Gothic Earth. They travel through out the Carpathian Alps. Jonathan Harker has had extensive interaction with them, and he has learned that their relationship with Dracula seems much more complex than the Zarovan in the Land of Mists have with Strahd. The Raven's Eye seem to both assist certain plans and impair others according to the tribe's own inscrutable motives.^[1]
