Kamaphet
Kamaphet is the leader of the dracotaurs lording over the Poison Dusk lizardfolk in the Bakumori. Kamaphet in turn is loyal to Ifalakuntho, whom enabled Kamaphet to conquer the lizardfolk. Kamaphet sees Ifalakuntho as a god of storms. At Ifalakuntho's behest[1],Kamaphet issued a command to the Poison Dusk lizardfolk to round up all the nearby humans and deliver them to the dracotaurs. He based this on the grounds that the humans are cursed and the reason for the Bakumori's engulf by the mists.[2] Ultimately, Kamaphet intends to hand over these captives to Fotari in turn to be sacrificed to Ifalakuntho.
Kamaphet and his dracotaur followers maintain a mysterious presence among their lizardfolk subjects, for they allow themselves to be seen by only a select few.[2] Kamaphet lairs in the Shrine of the World Serpent along with his dracotaur followers.ref name="TRM p. 11">The Risen Mists p. 11</ref>
