Mazil-Ririm

Mazil-Ririm is an aboleth veiled master with the unusual ability to see and feel the experiences, memories, and sensations of intelligent creatures he devours and has since become addicted. He oversees his city] domain from down below in the underground, making sure the inhabitants have both positive and horrific experiences. Mazil-Ririm interacts with his humanoid minions in the city via a human guise from behind curtains, leaving his identity a mystery. He sends faceless stalkers after investigators whom go too far in trying to solve the mystery of his identity.
