The Casquess Silenciuex are the state police of Richemulot, maintaining martial law over the domain and establishing quarantines, sometimes even over entire cities. Although they appear to be be armored soldiers, the Casques Silencieux are not human but instead suits of animated armor filled with rat swarms. If encountered on the streets in a deep enough outbreak of the the Gnawing Plague, they may force breakers of the curfew into houses filled with the deceased.^[1].
