The Harbor District of Armeikos is its central neighborhood. As a fairly typical dock, it is lined with tiny shops and warehouses, brothels, and nameless taverns. The black market is strong here. Blaine G. is a criminal name that often gets mentioned to those needing for a fence or smuggler.[1]
