Jamie Finn is known as the rivermaster of the town of Rushinver in Nidala, although the scope of his duties applies to land-based travellers as well. He is tasked with collecting a small toll from everyone who passes through Rushinver. His brawny assistants help ensure compliance.[1]
Jamie Finn may be recognized by the straw hat which he wears regardless of the weather. He is tall and lanky and not nearly as clumsy as he looks.[1]
Jamie Finn is married to Molly Finn.[1]
