Scarville

Scarville is a small town and a floating pocket domain where every citizen is also secretly a serial killer. Peace is maintained by a pact of mutual non-destruction, though newcomers are targeted to see if they can survive and thus are worthy of joining the town's citizenry. William Hunt is Scarville's mayor and demilord.
