Kender Vampire
A Kender Vampire is a kender who has returned from death via the Kender Vampire strain of vampirism. This strain only affects kenders, hence all Kender Vampires are both Kenders and Vampires, but not all Vampires who are Kenders are affected by this strain. It is possible for a Kender to contract another strain of vampirism, including the basic version. To avoid this confusion, (and avoid mention of the w:Dragonlance term "kender" in the 3.5 edition Gazetteer IV) creatures affected by this strain are also called bitterkinder.
Kender Vampires are native only to Sithicus, as they were created by and servants of Lord Soth.
