A vampiric thrall is a humanoid or a monstrous humanoid who has fallen under the enduring influence of a vampire by consuming a drop of its blood. This influence is the equivalent of a charm monster spell cast by as 12th level sorcerer but lasts for one year. An imbiber already dominated by the vampire can be easily persuaded to volontarily fail the saving throw against the effect of the drop of the vampire's blood. Additionally, the imbiber of the drop of the vampire's blood ages at a quarter of the normal rate during the year and enjoys increased strength, dexterity, and charisma for one week.
