Vlad Tepes (Dracula)

hearing the crises of the dying Vlad Tepes, the Red Death came to the former Wallachian prince at his death and reanimated him as a vampire. Since then, Dracula has been one of the Red Death's top servants.[1][2]

Vlad Tepes has had three notable defeats in recent years, though always at a high cost in blood. Two were at the hands of The Watchers, once in his native land of Transylvania in his first encounter with the quabal and another in England when he struck back at them.[3] More recently, he was defeated in San Francisco where he was trying to form a new quabal under his leadership.[4]
