Bartakass' Manor

Once owned by the wizard Bartakass, this manor fell empty after his death in Falkovnia. Later it was inhabited by spectres and gained a reputation as a haunted site.[1] Now it is the lair of Balipur, whom has built his Dark Library inside of it. Balipur has warded it with many traps and has installed a number of undead to guard it.[2]

The manor is located 2 miles east of Lestanz in Darkon.[3]
