Xander is a dread ghoul whom resides in the slums of Curriculo. He prays upon criminals and thieves but leaves mere beggars alone. That is because he pretends to be a mere leper to strike from surprise. He leads a small group of leper cultists, and has a mutual pact of nonagression with Shythe the Bonepyre.[1]
