Black Pieter heads the Circle Sinister, a major player in illicit activity in and about Port-a-Lucine. He is an accomplished thief and a master assassin.[1] He does not hold his cards especially close to the vest, being willing to meet with adventurers and even share his organisation's private business with them in the advancement of his own agenda.[2]
