Canon Information

A will o'wisp is an aberration that appears as a floating ball of light. Will o'wisps feed on fear, panic, and death, and thus attempt to lead the unwary to their doom[1]. These creatures are the progenitors of the will o'dawn, will o'deep, will o'mist, and will o'sea.

Will o'wisps are found in many domains, including Barovia[2][3], Borca[4][5] (and previously Dorvinia[6]), Darkon[7], Falkovnia[8][9], Invidia[10][11], Mordent[12][13], Sithicus[14], Souragne[15], Verbrek (in the region that was formerly Arkandale),[16] and Avonleigh.[17]
