The Black Wolf is the progenitor werewolf of the lycanthopy curse that afflicted both Celia Whitmoor and Argent. They were never able to track it down. celia and Argent believed the wolf to be Yuri Pedorov.[1]

The Black Wolf hails from Vorostokov.[2]
