Eliza

Eliza is a Vistani girl whom was killed and transformed into a vampire by Felix Hoyer. Her mother Awilda and several other Vistani freed her from Hoyer's clutches but too late. Awilda could not stomach destroying her daughter, so she let Eliza go in the wilderness outside of town.[1]
She feeds exclusively on animal blood, which leaves her in a weakened state for a vampire.[2]

Given her stats, she is most likely a fledgling vampire.
