The First to Follow is a group of flying, reanimated heads that follow shortly after an attack of the Headless Horseman. They attempt to attack the survivors of the Horseman's attack en masse, biting and holding onto any foe they hit. However, they only remain for a short time before flying away.^[1] Note that the First to Follow were never updated to 3rd Edition. Hence, all creature types below are speculative.
