Writer and zoologist, wrote "Struggle and Victory in the Animal Kingdom", studies Tempetian bats, their relations to each other, and the disease vectors they spread among each other, for purposes unknown, though he is relatively secretive about it.[1]
Dr. Milhavet has traded information with the Ikosik to obtain specimens of these bats.[2]
