Canon Information

Goblins are identified in the minds of many with Tepest where they are infamous for ambushing travellers[1][2], but they are found elsewhere such as Borca[3], Darkon[4][5], Dementlieu[6][7], Falkovnia[8], Kartakass[9][10], Richemulot [11][12], Sanguinia[13], Sithicus[14], and Verbrek (in the region that was formerly Arkandale)[15]. Caliban births occur among this species and surviving individuals typically rise to positions of leadership (use hobgoblin statistics).[16] Goblins, and goblins alone, have achieved a measure of control over goblin beasts, which they use as guards and mounts.[16] Goblins in the Land of Mists excel at trapmaking rather than riding (a +2 racial bonus for Craft (Trapmaking) is substituted for the racial bonus for Ride).[16] Spellcasters tend to be female, either adepts or, more rarely, clerics.[16] Hags intimidate and exploit goblins to their dark ends, sometimes nurturing adepts.
