The Halflings' Secret

The halflings of Aluk Septentrion have been notably hostile towards any outsiders who approach their quarters in the town. This may be due to some widespread insanity, the influence of some fell and unnatural creature, or the hoarding of powerful magic items such as pieces of the Doomsday Device.
