Sly-Var

Sly-Var (pop. 4,500) is located in the Ensommark ("Lonely Plain") of Hazlan. The Saniset river, flowing from west to east, and the Genspejle ("Mirror River"), flowing from north to south, meet in Sly-Var. Both rivers are navigable at this point. Their cooling waters somewhat counter the heat and dust of the surrounding plain. The vast majority of trade with Nova vaasa passes through Sly-Var along the Iron Road and the Saniset. Consequently, the city is home to smuggler and thieves.
