A skilled hypnotist and perhaps one of Gothic Earth's most knowledgeable experts on mentalism, Professor Mesmer has been decried as a charlatan by the scientists of the world. Bitter at her treatment, Mesmer has gone into hiding to study the ancient wisdom of the Hindu mystics.[1]
