Rowhen

Rowhen is an elven resident of Har-Thelen in Sithicus, and brother to Hethanna. Both are survivors of an attack by Azrael during the events of When Black Roses Bloom. Hethanna's husband was not so fortunate.[1]
Rowhen and Hethanna have another sister, Willanda, whom was not present at the time of Azrael's attack.[2]
