Ludmilla Kartova Radavich (465 BC[1] was the younger sister of Anastasia Petrovich and the younger daughter of Burgomaster Kartov. Except for Alexi Petrovich (whom was away at the time), Ludmilla is the only survivor of the Kartova Family massacre at Burgomaster Kartovs' cottage. Her survival is because Jander used restraint drinking her blood, unlike Strahd or any of his vampiric slaves.[2]
Following the deaths of most of the Kartova family, Ludmilla married Burgomaster Nikolai Radavich, the later of whom assumed the title of Burgomaster of the Village of Barovia.
Since the events of Vampire of the Mists take place in the distant past, it is likely that Ludmilla is long deceased.
