Burgomaster Petre Teodorus

Petre Teodorus is the burgomaster of Immol. Although his obsession with history has detracted from his ability to watch over the town, it has produced the Teodorus Archives, a library he maintains. He resides in the Keep of the Scarlet Cross.[1]
