The Black Vault

The Black Vault contains a hoard of magic items once controlled by The Kargat and formerly served as their headquarters. It lies beneath the Grim Fastness. Rudolph van Richten is said to have robbed it once, taking away and/or destroying many of the dread magic that were held within. Regardless of the truth to the story, the Vault is protected by wards and spells, including an arcane lock cast by Azalin Rex.[1]
As Il Aluk is now Necropolis, the Black Vault is now located within that domain instead of Darkon.
