As directed by their prince Vladimir Ludzig, the Vampyres of Lekar in Falkovnia have built numerous hidden locations secured under the city's streets and sewers where they may pray upon humans as chattel and playthings. However, the vampyres are not without human allies that make their depredations possible. A few vile individuals, such as Vlad Drakov II, may take part in the dark indulgences that occur in the dens of horror.[1]
