Gustave Tooms

After losing one of his eyes as a child, Gustave Tooms, the One-Eyed King, eventually afflicted his kingdom with a plague that resulted in many deaths and blinded the survivors, whom he now dominates and has rendered dependent. The Dark Powers have cursed him with misleading visions, a situation that feeds into his fear of becoming consumed with hallucinations or losing his sight entirely.
