According to Lord of the Ensonmmark, Tomtadet is a vile Hazlani wizard whom fed two of his foes to Hazlik's carrion crawlers along with their guide Artu. Like many of the Mulan, Tomtadet has many tattoos, one of which is labeled "Victory".[1]
