Kingdom of Ghouls

The Kingdom of Ghouls is a massive underground realm beneath the Hungry Mountains. Much of it is crisscrossed ghoul-dug warrens beneath the Hungry Mountains of Ustalav. Roaming packs of these nomadic ghouls patrol the undergroud realms looking for prey. They pay homage to the Great Old One known as the Charnel God. Deep into the tunnels, alongside the edge of the Shadow Rift, the land merges with the dreamy realm of the Nightmare Lands, allowing the ghouls to sift into the world of dreams.[1]
