In the historical record of Ustalav, Soividia Ustav was the leader who drove out the barbarian tribes and lent his name name to the nation many many centuries ago. Soividia's bloodline of kings was destroyed when the Whispering Tyrant took control of Ustalav a millennium ago. After the Tyrant's defeat, only distant, indirect descendants of Soividia were left.[1]
