Tower of the Chained Man

Located north of the Swamp of Screaming Statues. It was once inhabited by a medusa but was later inhabited by some yuan-ti led by Vazschyss and their orc slaves, including Largo Bloodhand. The operations of the yuan-ti was interrupted by some adventurers, allowing Largo Bloodhand to escape a minimum.
