Made of bone[1], Tatyana's comb was owned by Tatyana Federovna while she lived. The comb was also the items Esmae Amarantha needed for her ritual to transform into an immortal incarnation of Tatyana Federovna. Ivan Randvich, one of Esmae's servants known as the Obsessions, found the comb and delivered it to her.[2]
